This package is for a 12 month contract. Bronze plan features:

  • Available during standard business hours 08:30 - 1700
  • Online Support portal ticketing service - providing interactive communication with support engineer
  • Hotline support (Technical/Functional)
  • Issue resolution (Technical/Functional)
  • Patching on request
  • Basic Health Check
  • Other pre-agreed services

Jaggy Bronze Plan have proved popular with organizations that wish to provide a second line of support behind their existing DBA team, or where resource gaps need to be plugged in the most cost effective way. Jaggy consultants have a proven track record in being able to work in harmony with an existing DBA team, to produce a truly robust support framework.

As an initial step we'll undertake a Health Check on your environment to ensure key components are configured correctly and the Technology Stack is stable.
