Performance tuning and regularly scheduled health checks come as standard as well as weekly management reporting providing full visibility of your systems management activities. Titanium expands on offering a complete environment Health Check and Security Review - a proven way to ensure implementation adheres to Oracle's recommended best practices. Jaggy senior consultants will assess all aspects of your supported system, including Operating System (OS), Oracle software, Patches and Security Alerts applied and provide a Health Status report to include recommendations and action plan.


An option to our Titanium plan is dedicated hosting of your Oracle instances - providing complete outsourcing of your Oracle systems. A variety of hosting plans are available including SAS70 Type II certified hosting environment for hosing mission critical applications. Standard hosting options include Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to constantly monitor inbound and outbound network traffic in real time, and Host-Based Intrusion Prevention Systems (HIPS) for perimeter protection. Oracle Grid Control along with custom scripts is used to proactively monitor running services.
